Rapid97 is built specifically for Malaysians. From Sports Betting on football and badminton to a Live Casino with Malay-speaking dealers — we are here to deliver a digital entertainment experience that is safe, fast, and genuinely enjoyable. This is our story.
Who We Are
Rapid97 is more than just another online betting and casino platform. We are a platform that truly understands Malaysian users — how we communicate, how we pay, the sports we love, and the games we enjoy. From the moment you open your account to the moment your first winnings land in your eWallet, every experience at rapid97 is carefully crafted to meet local needs and preferences.
We launched with one straightforward goal: to give Malaysians access to a digital entertainment platform that is safe, trustworthy, and genuinely valuable. Over more than five years, rapid97 has grown into one of the most trusted names in the industry — with over 850,000 active members who rely on us daily for their sports betting and casino experience.
What sets rapid97 apart from other platforms is our deeply local approach. We don't simply translate a global platform into Bahasa Melayu and call it done. We rebuilt the experience from the ground up — with customer support in Bahasa Melayu, payment methods Malaysians use every day, and content that reflects local culture and interests.
Six core strengths that have defined rapid97's identity from day one
From the platform interface and customer support to live casino dealers — rapid97 operates entirely in Bahasa Melayu. No need to navigate technical jargon in a foreign language. We speak your language.
All transactions are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits via Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, and FPX are processed in under one minute. eWallet withdrawals take just 1–3 minutes. No currency conversion, no hidden fees.
Rapid97 operates with an odds margin below 2% for major matches — among the lowest in the industry. This means every MYR you wager gets better value compared to most other platforms on the market.
All casino games at rapid97 use internationally accredited providers that are independently tested. Certified RNG, accurate and transparent RTP, and all transactions protected by banking-grade 256-bit SSL encryption.
Over 80% of rapid97 users access the platform via smartphone. That's why we invest heavily in optimising every element — from navigation and odds display to the betting process — for mobile screens, with zero lag or friction.
Rapid97 takes responsible gaming seriously. We provide self-control tools including daily deposit limits, personal betting limits, and the option to take a temporary break. Our goal is sustainable, healthy entertainment for all members.
Rapid97 began with a very simple observation: Malaysian players who enjoy online sports betting and casino had no platform that truly understood them. Global platforms were everywhere, but all of them felt designed for other markets and simply exported here. The language felt off, the payment methods were unfamiliar, and at times customers had to communicate in a foreign language whenever an issue arose.
Rapid97 was born out of that problem. We started operations with a very clear focus: build a platform that Malaysians can truly call their own. Not a foreign platform with mechanical translations, but one genuinely designed from a Malaysian user's perspective — with a deep understanding of how locals live, think, and play.
Over more than five years of operation, rapid97 has gone through many phases of growth. We started with a focus on football betting — Liga Super Malaysia and EPL were the first markets we built out seriously. The early response from Malaysian users was very encouraging, and that gave us the confidence to expand our coverage to other sports.
Badminton became our most meaningful addition. We recognized that Malaysian badminton fans are among the most knowledgeable and passionate in the world. They follow players from tournament to tournament, they understand tactics and technique, and they deserve serious, high-quality betting markets. Today rapid97 offers over 150 markets for every major BWF badminton match — that is our commitment to a community we deeply respect.
The expansion into cricket came on the back of strong demand from the Malaysian Indian community and a growing base of IPL fans across the country. Today, cricket betting at rapid97 covers all formats — T20, ODI, and Test — across a wide range of international leagues and tournaments.
One of the achievements we are most proud of is the development of rapid97's live casino section. We partner with world-class providers such as Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, Playtech, and SA Gaming to bring over 200 live casino tables — including baccarat, blackjack, dragon tiger, roulette, sic bo, and much more.
What sets rapid97's casino apart is the availability of Malay-speaking dealers. We understand how much more comfortable and enjoyable the experience is when you can interact in your own language — whether to ask questions, get a rule explained, or simply chat while waiting for your turn. This is not just a convenience — it is part of rapid97's identity as a platform built truly for Malaysia.
Rapid97 never stops evolving. We continually listen to feedback from our members and use that input to improve the platform. In the coming months, we plan to roll out several new features that will deliver a richer and more personalized experience for every rapid97 user.
We are also committed to expanding our sports coverage. Esports is an area where we see tremendous potential in Malaysia — with tournaments like MPL Malaysia (Mobile Legends) and a fanbase that is growing younger and more tech-savvy, esports betting at rapid97 will continue to grow, enriched with more specific and relevant markets.
What remains constant is our core commitment: rapid97 will always put the interests and comfort of Malaysian users above everything else. Every strategic decision, every new partnership, every feature we add — it all starts and ends with the same question: does this genuinely make things better for our members?
Rapid97 takes our social responsibility seriously. We believe a good entertainment platform does not just deliver enjoyment — it ensures that enjoyment is sustainable and causes no harm. That is why we invest in a range of responsible gaming tools that empower members to manage their activity wisely.
All new rapid97 members go through a registration process that verifies they are 21 years of age or older. We provide daily and weekly deposit limits that members can set themselves, the option to take a temporary break from the platform, and links to support resources for anyone who feels their activity is becoming a concern. Responsible entertainment starts with self-control — and rapid97 makes that easy.
We are equally committed to transparency. All terms, conditions, bonus policies, and privacy policies at rapid97 are written in clear, straightforward language — no confusing fine print, no hidden conditions that catch you off guard. We want our members to make decisions based on complete and accurate information, not out of confusion or a misunderstanding of the actual terms.
With over 850,000 active members, rapid97 is more than just a betting and casino platform — it is a community. A community of football fans debating tonight's match odds. A community of badminton enthusiasts sharing performance analysis of Lee Zii Jia ahead of major tournaments. A community of casino players exchanging strategies and tips for baccarat and blackjack.
We are proud of this community and committed to serving them as well as we possibly can. Every new member who joins rapid97 today becomes part of a family that has built trust over more than five years. And that trust is the most valuable asset we have — something we protect with dedication, every single day.
