Rapid97 Terms & Conditions – Malaysia Platform Rules

1Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between you ("Member" or "User") and rapid97, a digital entertainment and online betting platform operating under the website rapid97.best ("Platform"). This document takes effect from 1 January 2026 and supersedes all previous versions.

By creating an account, making a deposit, or using any part of the rapid97 Platform, you expressly confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms. This acceptance is binding and takes effect immediately.

Rapid97 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Any amendments will take effect upon publication on the website, with notice sent to members via email or in-platform notification. Continued use of the Platform following such amendments constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2Member Eligibility

To register and use the rapid97 platform, you must fully meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• At least 21 years old at the time of registration and every time you use the platform.
• Malaysian citizens, permanent residents, or individuals physically located in Malaysia at the time of using the platform.
• Has full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Malaysian law.
• Not subject to any legal prohibition, regulation, or court order that would prevent you from participating in betting or gaming activities.
• Do not register as a member on behalf of another person or use someone else's information without their consent.

Rapid97 reserves the right to request proof of identity to verify member eligibility at any time. Failure to submit the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension or closure. Any winnings obtained by members who do not meet the eligibility requirements may be voided.

3Registration & Account Management

Each individual is only permitted to hold one account at rapid97. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual — whether using different names, phone numbers, IP addresses, or payment methods — are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed and balances forfeited.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including:

• A unique username (not your real name)
• An active Malaysian phone number registered in your name
• A secure password combining letters, numbers, and symbols

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. rapid97 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to secure those credentials. Please contact rapid97 customer support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.

Rapid97 uses two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP for all financial transactions. This is in place for your security and cannot be disabled for accounts with active financial activity.

4Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Policy

Rapid97 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Malaysian payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, and FPX via Maybank2u or CIMB Clicks. All transactions are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) only.

Deposit:

• Minimum deposit: RM10 per transaction
• Deposits are processed automatically and credited in under one minute.
• All payment methods used for deposits must be registered in the same member's name
• Rapid97 reserves the right to decline deposits from sources that cannot be verified

Withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal: RM20 per transaction
• Withdrawals to eWallets (Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, DuitNow, Boost, ShopeePay): 1 to 3 minutes
• Withdrawal to bank account via FPX: 5 to 15 minutes
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit
• Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts or accounts not associated with the member

Rapid97 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) before processing withdrawals that exceed certain thresholds. The KYC process is a standard security measure to protect all members and ensure compliance with applicable legal requirements.

5Bonus, Promotions & Rollover Terms

Rapid97 offers a range of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the specified rollover requirements (wagering requirements). A rollover requirement is the amount you must wager before any bonus and related winnings can be withdrawn.

General Bonus Terms:

• The 200% welcome bonus applies to the first deposit only and is limited to one claim per member.
• The standard rollover requirement is 20x the total of deposit plus bonus before a withdrawal is permitted
• Bonuses must be used within 30 days of the credit date or they will expire automatically
• Only bets with odds of 1.50 and above count toward meeting the rollover requirement for Sports Betting.
• Bets placed on markets with odds below 1.50 do not count toward fulfilling the rollover requirement.
• For casino games, contribution rates vary by game category — slots typically contribute 100%, while live table games typically contribute 10%–25%

Rapid97 reserves the right to void any bonus or winnings obtained through methods deemed to be bonus abuse, including but not limited to hedging, bonus arbitrage, or abnormal betting patterns. rapid97's decision in such matters is final.

Daily, weekly, and seasonal promotions have their own terms as stated on the relevant promotions page. In the event of a conflict between specific promotion terms and these general terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

6Sports Betting Rules

The rapid97 Sports Betting section covers a wide range of sports including football (Malaysia Super League, EPL, La Liga), badminton (BWF, Thomas Cup, Malaysia Open), cricket, tennis, e-sports, and more. The following general rules apply to all sports betting markets:

• Bets are final and cannot be modified once confirmed by the rapid97 system
• If a match is postponed and not replayed within 48 hours, all bets will be refunded at odds of 1.00.
• If a match starts but is not completed, the outcome is determined based on the official score at the time the match was stopped (for in-play bets) or fully refunded (for pre-match bets), depending on the market type.
• Rapid97 reserves the right to refuse or restrict any bet for reasons including suspected fraud, market manipulation, or unusual activity.
• In-play bets are subject to unavoidable processing delays — rapid97 is not liable for minor discrepancies between on-screen scores and actual scores during the processing period
• Odds are displayed in decimal format. Winnings are calculated as (odds × stake) – stake.

7Casino & Digital Gaming Rules

The rapid97 casino section offers over 500 games including live baccarat, live blackjack, dragon tiger, roulette, sic bo, slots, and digital arcade games. The following general rules apply to all casino games:

• All game outcomes are final once a round is completed and cannot be disputed except in cases of clearly demonstrable technical error
• In the event of a technical disruption during a game round, rapid97 will either fully refund the affected bet or settle the round based on stored system records
• Progressive jackpot winnings are subject to verification and rapid97's decision is final.
• The use of automation software, bots, or any third-party tools that provide an unfair advantage in gameplay is strictly prohibited
• The stated RTP (Return to Player) for each game is a long-term value that has been independently tested — individual session results may vary

In Live Casino games, members must treat dealers and other staff with respect. Offensive language, threats, or disruption to a game session may result in removal from the table and, in serious cases, account suspension.

8Member Conduct & Prohibited Activities

Rapid97 members are expected to interact with the platform and fellow members in a respectful and lawful manner. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure without any refund:

• Opening more than one account to claim multiple bonuses or circumvent betting limits
• Colluding with other members to manipulate the outcome of bets or games (collusion)
• Using hedging techniques designed to exploit the bonus system
• Attempting to hack, breach, or disrupt rapid97's technical infrastructure
• Money laundering or suspicious financial activity conducted through the rapid97 platform
• Sharing your account credentials or allowing another person to use your account
• Providing false information during registration or the KYC process
• Using a payment method not registered in your own name

Rapid97 monitors all account activity continuously using automated fraud detection systems and manual reviews by our security team. Any suspected activity will be investigated, and rapid97 reserves the right to place a hold on any withdrawals during an ongoing investigation.

9Account Suspension & Closure

Rapid97 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account for the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Suspected or confirmed fraud, collusion, or system abuse
• Failure to submit KYC documents within the specified timeframe
• Requests from relevant legal authorities
• Inactive for more than 12 consecutive months (dormant account)

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting rapid97 customer support at support@rapid97.best. Any net balance remaining in the account (after deducting bonuses that have not met the rollover requirement) will be returned to the registered payment method within 3 to 5 business days.

Accounts closed due to a breach of terms are not eligible for a refund of any unreleased bonuses. The actual deposit balance (excluding bonuses) will be assessed on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of the rapid97 management team.

10Liability Limits & Disclaimer

Rapid97 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to keep the platform running without interruption at all times, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability due to scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond our control.

Rapid97 is not liable for:

• Losses resulting from internet disruptions or third-party connectivity issues beyond our control
• Bet outcomes affected by incorrect information from third-party news sources
• Losses resulting from a member's negligence in safeguarding their login credentials
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform

Rapid97's maximum liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount actually deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.

11Responsible Gaming

Rapid97 takes responsible gaming seriously and is committed to supporting members who may be experiencing gambling-related difficulties. We provide the following tools, accessible through your account settings:

• Daily/Weekly Deposit Limit: Set the maximum amount you can deposit in a single day or week

12Amendment of Terms & Governing Law

Rapid97 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to members at least 7 days before taking effect, via email to the registered address or an in-platform notice. Non-material amendments may take effect immediately upon publication.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall first be resolved through voluntary discussion within 30 days. If no resolution is reached, the matter may be referred to arbitration under the applicable laws of Malaysia.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unenforceable, or inconsistent with applicable law, that provision shall be severed to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
